We came in Sunday at 7:45pm. There were 4 employees and it took 30 minutes for us to get our food. Our burger was so cold that the cheese was solid and not melted at all and everyone here was rude. There was one other customer that ordered fries and also waited 30 min. They also served me a beer with a fly in it.

The Shakes are just to die for and the staff there are so kind! It sucks that they're understaffed though it was such a nice experience hope this place gets a little more traffic soon! Totally worth it!

I don't understand why they are rated so high. When we came in there was no one behind the counter and it looked like no had been there for awhile. We weren't sure if anyone was working there at all. Someone finally came after 10 minutes or so. The men's bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. The burger was disappointing; the patty was flat and the topping amounts were very skimpy. It was more like something you'd get at Wendy's. It tasted ok though, and the fries were good. But all in all, a disappointing experience we won't be repeating.
