Papa Johns Pizza

I made my order online for carry out. They called me back 5 mins later stating that they ran out of xl boxes for NY style pizza and I had to order a large. They also stated they were issuing a credit for the difference which they never did. I get to the store and NO ONE had a mask on. How is it every employee there didn't have a mask on in a pandemic?!. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered 1 pizza and 2 papadias got home to eat dinner . One of the papadias was not the right order called store to get it remade as my husband does not eat peppers and onions . employee could of cared less then told me it would have to be remade on a different day because she already turned ovens off 20 minutes before even closing and they messed up order should of fixed it but she was not bothered at all . Will never order from them agin my husband didn’t get to eat. Customers save your money put it to good use on good food but not here

Manager was awesome. The teenage employee who answered the answered the phone didn't want to hear it but the manager got involved and the adults got things done. Thanks for handling my payment issues.
