Papa John's Pizza

3 hours wait for an estimate of 30 mins. Had to listen to a weird ad for too long before they answered the phone and set it on the counter so I could listen to them take orders? I'm not sure we are ever getting our food. Guess it's just "one of those nights". Wish I could say it is, but the service at this location always has issues.

So I Decided to give Papa John’s another chance. I placed an order - they only got one item wrong. But I was upset after I ordered on-line, they called & said I had to pick it up because they had no delivery drivers… No refund on delivery fee or the driver tip…sad.

I’ve been really impressed with the owner of this store’s inability to run a business. I’ve ordered numerous times over the past 6 years, probably a 50% return rate. Never had a response on the bad times. I mean Shaq can’t deliver, but I just expect the owner of the Oakland store to deliver pizzas if they don’t have a driver, if you own or manage, that’s literally you job if someone can’t. All I ever wanted was a refund and the store offered to send a driver to come pick up the pizza that took them an hour and a half to deliver a Monday afternoon. I would love their pizza at this moment, but don’t think it would make it to my door within a 40 min timeframe
