Domino's Pizza

They do not EVER answer their phone, they forget the marinara for breadsticks literally every single time (they charge you for it too), and have zero resolutions to offer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Just a bunch of college kids who do not care about the quality of anything.

I ordered and showed up to get my pizza at the proper time. I sat outside the door hitting the doorbell button for 15 minutes in the 30 degree weather. Finally a delivery person let me in. I just want my pizza man

I have always enjoyed Dominos. A little price-y, but yummy. Their delivery was always okay, but tonight was different. It took me two and a half hours to get my food from the time I ordered it. Here’s what happened, I guess. My delivery driver apparently delivered the pizza to the wrong person in the same building. From my common sense, maybe ask for a name on the order first? Then I had to wait 25 ADDITIONAL minutes on the phone to ask for a remake. They finally remade it and delivered it. After waiting for my pizza for two and a half hours (since not much around here is open this late), I finally received it. I’d say the only positive factor of this “meal” was the customer service guy. He was very helpful and charming. All in all, the service here was awful.
