Papa Johns Pizza

I placed an order for delivery. They called to tell me my order was canceled because they didn't have any drivers. They never asked if I could possibly pick it up. I reordered and made it for pick up. Before we arrived at the store, I received a text that my order was ready. I sent my granddaughter in with the money. She paid and waited. After about 10 minutes, I called her to see what was taking so long. I went in and asked if the order was ready or not. They took an additional 5 - 10 minutes looking at boxes trying to locate our order. While standing there waiting, I observed the guy making pizzas and not wearing any gloves!!! I was about to ask for my money back when they came with the order. This was my first time and will definitely be my last time ordering from them!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. I've had nothing but problems with this store since they started using Door Dash for deliveries. When something goes wrong, both companies blame each other and will not accept responsibility. Several times, I have only received half of my order. I haven't ordered from this store in some time because of this but I decided to take a chance and boy do I regret it. Tonight, I ordered through the app and on the app, the delivery driver claimed I was not available and took my order back to the store. I never saw a driver or even got a phone call from the driver. I called the store and they said they would make my order again. After 2 hours from my original order time, I called to cancel the order because it had not been delivered and they would not cancel it and kept telling me they would not give me a refund. I then spoke with a manager, and she could only tell me that they were waiting on door dash. I asked her about a refund and again all

Wow. Who is in charge of this place? TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ordered twice and both time my order was wrong. First time pizza was burnt and now I found pineapple under the cheese of my pepperoni pizza? How?
