It’s the little things. I had a delivery order, I paid for extra pizza sauce and it was not included. When I called them, I was told they can’t send a driver out with just pizza sauce and they also can’t refund me. What? The guy that I spoke with was very monotone, no ownership in the mistake, and no apology or solution.
2022: Best Valentine's Day order! Everything was perfect again. Whoever makes the pizzas & wings at this local Papa John's deserves kudos for doing a great job on all my detail specific orders! 2021: Whoever made my pizza on a Sunday night in June is a Pizza Making God! Everything is so perfect, this pizza should be in a commercial! Even gave me extra pineapple just like I asked. This is primo Papa John's! Thanks all at the N Cusick Street location in Maryville!
Pathetic. Pizza took way too long to deliver. Arrived cold and looked like it was dropped 15 times on the way.
