Papa Johns Pizza

Had one good experience here and I left a 5 star review. Well, I guess it was a one-off. 6:30pm on a Saturday, no delivery ordering, no carry-out ordering, no one even answering the phone. With already drastically reducing hours, now you can’t even get an order in any time.

I normally prefer Papa Johns over other chains, but this location continually gets my order wrong. It’s like they take the topping selections as a suggestion rather than an order. Not going to order from here any more.

I doordash for Papa John's quite often when they don't have enough drivers. I wish they would tell the customers they will be sending a door dash driver. We miss out on tips because their customer thinks that they will be signing for the order and adding a tip then. Please when you take a phone order, let them know door dash will be delivering and ask if they would like to add a tip.
