Jack in the Box

This Jack in the Box in Imperial has been the worst experience. My daughter came through the drive thru and they gave her the food. They told her to have a nice day but forgot to give her the card back. She was back here in 5 minutes. They told her they put it in a jammed safe and she would not be able to have it back for two days. I talked to the manager and she basically told me I am out of luck and won’t get the card back for 2 days. I told the manager that the employee was at fault because she did not give her the card back. Then her employee put it in a safe that they knew jammed. I have never dealt with such incompetence before. The manager did not really care about the situation or the fact that my daughter needed her card back. The manager did not do anything to remedy the situation. I can’t believe they are still in business. My recommendation is to never come here again and no one from my family will be coming here either. This place is absolutely disgusting.

Placed an order. Forgot to tell him it was to go. He walked away and I yelled that it was to go. Made no acknowledgement that he heard me. Another person came up and I asked if he had heard me. She said yes. Then I left and they had not placed the dipping sauces for the orders of nuggets in bag. Went back in and another guy said he would get them for me. The girl who bagged the order asked me if I had been helped and I told her the sauces were not put in the bag. Her response was “ok”. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience. All around poor service.

This place is the most dumb place ever I never heard of keeping someone card less than 10 hour and they cut it up! That really isn't enought time to realize the card is missing Especially when it was at night. I tried calling them for over 30 mins and Noone ever answered the phone. So then I had to drive up there just to be told "well if it was here it's not now I cut all them up this morning sorry you should have been here when we opened I cut them up 24 hr of them being here" well it was literally less then 10 hours. I told her that and she told me "oh well" I do not believe that is policy.
