Papa Johns Pizza

We normally have a great experience, but tonight when we got home, our garlic parm Stix didn't have anything on them. Nothing. Disappointed

Called 2 hours before closing and never got my food they claimed they only had one driver but they could've at least said they weren't going to be able to make it I could've ordered from somewhere else????

I had a small issue. I wasn't looking to get a refund but to maybe get at least an offer to remake the pizza. I mean who wants a burnt pizza. Also whoever slices the pizzas hacked it up like Edward Sizzorhands. As soon as I said something was wrong the manager turned into a monster and tried to put it all on me. Classic case of narcissistic behavior. It's not her fault. We do everything the same in all the stores. Lies!!! You overcooked my pizza, the other stores don't. They wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and said I was overtaking them. So I said okay just keep the lil 13 dollars and take my Google review with it. The GM said "We don't even care about those." LOL... So that's why you only have 3.4 stars. Could have 5 .I'm highly disappointed in this location because I'm serious about my food.
