Group of six were seated tightly at a small table when many other tables were available to combine to form a larger table for our group and it wasn’t a busy evening at the restaurant but the person who sat us down didn’t think to do that. Table side guacamole was good but a bit overly too salty. Water leaked out of my glass all evening and the waitress didn’t even notice the puddle of water in front of me even when she put the plate of food down in front of me. Got the fajitas texana which was okay, meat was super finely chopped and became chewy and dry. After we finished our meal, we were sitting and talking and a couple of ladies from the bar start telling us that they saw a mouse coming towards our table and to keep it away from them. I didn’t see it but the mere thought of a rodent in a restaurant immediately turned me off and we left right away.
Friendly staff and the food here is consistently good. So many options to choose from. We waited a few minutes to place our order but the food arrived very quickly.
I have been here numerous times and I have to say that it is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. I have tried many others that were good but none that beat this place, in my opinion.
