Papa Johns Pizza

2 hrs for deliver and a 5 .00 delivery charge!! Wings are 2.00 each rip off sorry driver u get no tip ask pappa ripoff to pay you!!

Got pizzas delivered for my niece’s birthday party. Opened the box to find that the pizza’s must have slid around during the ride to our house as half of the pizza was squished up against the wall of the cardboard box. Called in and drove to pick up the pizzas to be replaced. Staff was extremely apologetic and we traded the squished pizza for new ones. If it wasn’t for a birthday party and just for myself/family, I wouldn’t have asked for a replacement and would’ve just ate it ????

Well I ordered at 8:48pm and got an email stating my pizza would take 21-31 minutes & it was already 9:40pm. I called to see if my address was incorrect or if I messed up on my order but, the person who answered said they were telling people 45-50 minutes. Okay, then i should've gotten that email instead. I get a call from the driver & they're on the opposite side of my apartment complex. I'm standing outside explaining to them I'm standing right in the middle of sidewalk because I can clearly see their lights. They bring me the food, i pay + tip even though said delivery driver was pretty damn lazy & come inside to eat right away 9:50pm and surprise surprise my pizza.. is warm almost cold. My second slice, now cold. I haven't been eating well lately due to the fact that I'm pregnant okay & the day i decide to order this happens. I feel pretty disappointed because i love papa John's. I dont think I'll be ordering from this location anymore. I just feel like i was treated pretty rudely
