McDonald's type service (bottom shelf), they don't have a particular menu item so when I have to change my order they get annoyed. They need a good trainer who'd remind them that a customer you treat bad, is another customer that will not return
0 stars ‼️‼️‼️ Whoever is hiring these evening folks needs to be at fault for this. Or the team leader In charge for them needs to get fired!! Cheese & Tomatoes were bad I couldn’t even eat because of how nasty they tasted . Fries were chewy & meat was cold !! Not even slightly cold but cold as if they had put it in the fridge before giving it to me . At least put it in the microwave so my cheese can melt !! Also they didn’t have straw so they gave us coffee straws. I’ve worked at whataburger before & know this is unacceptable . Get better team members.
I really like their chicken sandwiches. They specialize in letting you customize them however you like. They also have fresh brewed tea, plain or sweetened, which is sometimes hard to find in a fast food place. The place is clean, fast, and eager to please! The spicy ketchup is amazing!
