Papa Johns Pizza

Tonight for the third time I arrived at this store after placing a phone order to find they had no record of my order. I spoke directly with the store to place the order, confirmed the location, and they were still unable to get order recorded correctly. To make matters worse I spoke with the manager Madison and she couldn't have cared less. I told her that I was planning to file a complaint and she hung up the phone. It doesn't get any more unprofessional than that and that also explains why this store struggles to get orders correct. Take some advise don't order from this store.

This store makes good pizza but they messed up too many orders. Sometimes they forgot my drink and sometimes the order came messed up like this photo i took couple months ago
