One of the best sushi places in the Lehigh Valley. Still haven't gone back to dine-in (fine with me) but their takeout is well organized and packaged. The fish is always very fresh and their menu is pretty large.
I had take out from Kumo last night and can say this was the best Japanese cuisine I’ve had, and that is comparing my take out meal to any sit down. I got the beef box that came with several items all neatly prepared and absolutely delicious. The tempura was crispy with no sogginess. The Shumai was bursting with flavor. The beef was oh so tender and went great with the onions. The California roll was as good as they can be. Oh and the honey dew boba tea was fantastic. For one of the more expensive meals, at no point did I feel cheated, or that more food should’ve been included. I will be going back. I feel bad for anyone missing the opportunity to eat here.
Fresh delicious sushi at an unbeatable price. A friend picked up this sushi platter for a girls night and 4 of us had a hard time finishing it!
