Papa Johns Pizza

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Circle K pizza is better. How does this look anything like the advertisement? Huge slices you can fold? Where? There was more air in the box than pizza. Never again, stick with Gioninos!

I spend roughly $100 a month at this Papa John's but will never come back as of yesterday. We went to pick up our food and when I checked it inside our truck, I noticed there was no cheese in the middle of my daughters cheese sticks. So I went back to the store to find all the young male employees sitting on the curb in front of the store. They are all careless and unapologetic. None of them should be working there. I'll be going elsewhere.

I give Papa John's 5 stars because they've never disappointed me until last night and today...Therefore I refuse to give them a bad review due to one managers poor people skills and bad customer service. I placed a delivery order last night at around 10:25pm. My order was taken and I paid with my Cash App. I was told it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. At 11:40pm when my order still had not yet arrived, I called to find them closed. I them checked my Cash App only to find the transaction had been cancelled at 10:47pm. When I called today to speak to a manager about the situation at hand I was told that there was nothing he could do about it and that the order was never even prepared. Well why was it not, I ask and then why am I not being comped for my trouble? Why was I then treated as if it were no big deal? When I questioned his decision, he hung up on me. I then called back to ask his name and he told me his first name and hung up on me again. Which leads me to the question, how
