Fa-Ray's Family Restaurant

Went in for breakfast today, walked in at the same time another couple came in. Ordered our food right after they did, 30 mins later waitress apologies for waiting states had several lg parties come in, I saw them come in and it was after us. Meanwhile a party of two who ordered 15 mins after we did received their food. A party of 6 come in, 20 mins after we did. Ordered their food and received theirs before we did. Finally decided after 40 mins we waited long enough for our food. Have been there several times. Have never had that problem.

Great staff! Just the food's been going downhill lately. Quality decline. This was my favorite place to get cheesy bacon fries (what they call it); I will be looking elsewhere now. They no longer do shredded cheese, they use a liquid "cheese" that doesn't even set when cold. They no longer carry wings, still haven't updated the menu though. The hot rice is unlike any other, huge pieces of peppers, different cut onions throughout, oddly sweet..wasnt what I was expecting. The chicken quesadilla was mostly made up of tomatoes, barely any chicken, and soggy. Do not recommend sausage gravy w/ biscuit...not like any gravy you've ever had or seen, and not in a good way. A little pricey for what you get to be honest. Will be supporting other local businesses, like eat n run.

Ordered for pick up. Service was good but when I come home I see everything crammed in 1 box . I get being cost effective but this is just being cheap. I mean the eggs are just smashed under the pancakes as you can see . For $12 it’s pretty unappealing. I will try again and update my current review but next time I will check the boxes before paying. Thanks -Edit: No apology as seen below. I don’t remember ordering my eggs - smashed.
