Papa Johns Pizza

The worst place I have delt with on the phone . All I was trying to do was order a low carb bowl. And add 2 exter toppings and was told I could not do that . And when I asked to speak with a manager I was denied. I was also told they where to busy and that they could not talk to me . When Christy the so called manager did get on the phone she was so rude to me when I asked for her managers name and phone number. She I had to go through her. And looking at the reviews for this store most of them 1 star. What does that say . No one should ever be yelled at by a restaurant manager and then hung up on as well . She needs to be fired so then I call another store to get the district manager name and phone number and I was told Shelia was the district manager and that she just pulled up to the restaurant and that would be speaking to her . All of the sudden someone else gets on the phone to take my name and number and she will call me back. Very Unprofessional on all managers no customers

Ordered at 5:45 for a scheduled delivery at 7:15. Pizza didn’t show up until 750. I understand every food place is understaffed at this time. I’m not upset about a late pizza. I’m upset that “papa track” wasn’t sent to me and that I called the restaurant 7 times and they never picked up the phone. I even called the third party order taking service and they called the restaurant and no one picked up. I was just trying to find out if my order was going to be delivered and how late it was going to be. Take two seconds and pick up a phone next time.

Ordered online. Received the wrong pizza and burnt breadsticks. When we called they offered to redo the pizza only. Asked to speak to the manager was told he was busy. So we took the order to the store, the guy that said he was the manager. The self identified manager had a fully grown out beard, no hair net and it looked like his shirt hadn't been washed in a few days. Place was disgusting. Issues were not resolved at this time.
