Papa Johns Pizza

We’ve ordered takeout and delivery many times and haven’t had any issues. It’s been consistently good for what it is. They have lots of options for different diets/food intolerances and specials all the time.

Lied about being able to see where my order was placed after my order was cancelled for no reason. I waited over 1 hr and a half without hearing anything. Meanwhile automated system kept telling me my order was going to arrive around 11:13. I called to place the order at 10:17 and it was still saying that at 11:50 pm I called one store and my order was put in a store that I never spoke to. I was transferred to a call center who didn’t know anything and was extremely rude. This is literally the first time I’ve ever taken the time to write a complaint against any company. This was extremely unnecessary and frustrating. I’ve never dealt with so much incompetence over a pizza order. It really shouldn’t be this strenuous.
