Panera Bread

I usually get the 20z but they always give me the smaller size, delay the order and then ‘redo it’ and it doesn’t taste fresh! Today they did the same, delayed my order by 15 mins and I was already late for a meeting so I didn’t recheck but they then got the order wrong again- no foam or caramel drizzle plus they just poured from the smaller cup to the bigger one lol

The food is good but my order has been marked as ready before it was actually ready multiple times. I've also had issues with ordering from the touchscreens where it says I placed an order but it doesn't go through to the Preparing/Ready screen.

I literally explained how I want my sandwich and this is how it came. I asked for over easy eggs, spinach and avocado but nope they messed my order????
