Panera Bread

Rude worker!!! Tried to place order on phone. Person said "you can't place your order online?" My response was "No. I'm driving" She put me on hold, then hung up. I called back and she continued with an attitude of not wanting to take the order by that time I'm at the store. I asked the lady at the counter was she the one that took the order. She says "no" so I asked for the manager. As I was explaining to the manager the same lady blurted out in disagreement. Manager asked her to the leave the counter and she became disrespectful to us both. Manager was respectful apologized and took order. Rude employees. Will patronize elsewhere.

Im only giving this location 4 stars because of the amazing experience I had at the schererville Indiana location. The staff at the order station was kind of rude & I noticed she was the manager. They forgot to give us drink cups so i had to wait in a long line for a second time to get them. When our food finally was ready for pick-up the staff for that was super rude & disrespectful. Like i said before the experience I had at the other location was so awesome that I still love Panera & I'll continue to frequent them but I'll skip this location & advise others to take the trip to schererville if possible you wont regret it.

I just purchased a sausage and egg on brioche ftom this location to go. I got home and the egg was raw. I mean raw, like egg white was still clear. This is disgusting and dangerous. No one should be buying food from this restaurant.
