05-26-2021 was the first time I've ever ordered from Kirks, I've heard this place has the best BBQ sauce( Not to me) I spent $35.70 on two Turkey tip orders, and it was horrible!!! That sauce was nasty, the meat was ok, I really wanted to call up there and complain, but ill take my losses! This was terrible for me and my family!
Poor customer service, I tried to order a Jerk Mini Tip but kept being told since it was after 1pm that the special is over. However, I tried to show the person where it is still listed online from 1p-3p but she refused to even look or give me the price below. She kept saying we changed it online from 11a-1p. Which as you can see someone dropped the ball and failed to change it.
This is my current favorite BBQ place. Prices are within reason, the employees are friendly yet efficient, and the food tastes great. They still serve real catfish while some of their competitors use Sears catfish (Swai, for those of you not hip to Frank Zappa).
