Panera Bread

Disappointing to go experience. Took double the time it was supposed to (which over a quick lunch break is unacceptable. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it would take that long). Then my half salad in the pick two was incredibly disappointing--barely any chicken and toppings and the dressing was way too sweet. For $7, I should've just gotten a grocery store salad. The turkey BLT was good at least. Though bread is a bit thick for the filling.

The staff told me all Panera locations in Philadelphia have their free Wi-Fi turned off by their corporate office from 11 AM to 2 PM! I have used free Wi-Fi in many Paneras all over the country and many other businesses all over the world, and I’ve never heard of a place that has free Wi-Fi turned off during certain hours! The Google description for Panera even says Panera is known for its free Wi-Fi, so shame on them for turning it off so people cannot have a productive work lunch! This location was also out of to-go hot drink lids, had no toilet paper in the women’s restroom at 9 AM, and has no cups out so you can get your own drink— as the ordering screen tells you to do.
