Do not come here! No greeting when you walk in. Took 15 mins just to take my order and there was no line. I ask if anyone is on the register, she says yes but she’s making coffee. So no one else can get on the register? No fries in the morning, first time I’ve ever heard that. Any other location just makes them. No cheese was on my sandwich, sauce wasn’t in the bag and she took the next customer before giving me my drink. Just terrible. If you can just go to south Philly location, anywhere but here.

I just waited 30 minutes for my food after ordering. I got no food. Everyone who was there before or after me was in and out while I stood there. I repeated my order multiple times. I waited longer while the manager repeated an order for me that wasn't even what i told her i ordered! I work across the street and I will never come back. I was given a refund but what makes the situation right?

Every time I get breakfast from here it’s the same results. The biscuit on the chicken sandwich is hard as a rock!! Super stale and can clearly tell it’s been cooked probably 4 days ago and sat in the refrigerator to be used. This location costumer service and atmosphere is good but the food quality not so much! Please start making fresh breakfast/biscuits because you can clearly tell by the taste it’s not fresh and it’s a few days old like it’s been made days ago and has been put in the refrigerator to be used. That’s nasty and unsanitary! Idk if this location needs new management or what but this is the 6th time I have gotten a stale hard biscuit!
