Panera Bread

Ordered 2 Greek Salads and thre wasn't any Olives. Just lettuce, tomato, onion, and a sprinkle of feta cheese. It was very disappointing because they definitely add flavor.

There are better Paneras and there are worse Paneras. I think this one suffers mostly from bad location and a dated building. You can tell the inside is older than others and it really shows. Staff tends to do a good job, though I would be wary when ordering Delivery. I had my Delivery order sat on their shelf for over an hour and a half, during which I had called and asked if it had been picked up, to which I was told it had. As my order never came, I missed my lunch break for work and ended up having to ask for a refund and go to the store myself to reorder at the end of my shift. Upon getting there I heard them say the name of my delivery order. Apparently, it had been sitting there the whole time.

Would be 5 star but when i deliver there food I'm met with aditude and know one puts the delivery products on shelf spot like there suppose to they play, o someone could take it.. yeah and be timely like online shop pickup should be.. it's not lets just rethink its do what is posted in job description not bad management decisions from past employment... Well food is good but way to expensive for sandwich shop????
