Chick-fil-A Pasadena Crossroads

This is the only Chick Fil A l go to that burns their sandwiches or cooks it in really old oil. I am about ready to stop going there because the sandwich is consistently gross. Even my replacement sandwich today was nasty. I LOVE Chick Fil A. So, it really stinks that the one by my house is one l don't feel comfortable ordering from.They are losing a lot of money from a loyal customer because l usually buy it once or twice a eerk for my family.

The app malfunctioned and used wrong location. I called the place right away to fix the problem but, they were busy so they picked up when it was to late. I explained and they couldn’t do anything because they said they were going to be out money and trash the meal. They offered a reward for one chicken sandwich ONE! I nearly paid 25$. So much for good customer service.

This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A‘s my family has visited in Maryland. The management is absolutely awful. The few times that our order has been incorrect, they make it seem as if it’s my fault and have not replaced any of the items once. Multiple times I have gotten tea that was unsweet when I ordered sweet, the chicken sandwiches seem to be overcooked often, and the fries more soggy than any other Chick-fil-A I have visited. I have put in complaints through the Chick-fil-A app, and they thank me for my feedback and I hear and see no changes. I will not revisit this location, which is tough because it is the closest to our house and my family enjoys Chick-fil-A.
