Service was ok. The 1/2 BLT sandwich was delicious but too small in size. go for the full sandwich instead but expect to pay $10. The broccoli soup was delicious but is cheaper at BJs or even Publix.
I don’t know who owns or is running this Panera but they’re clearly not doing a good job. Every single time I come here the wait, even for the smallest simplest orders, is insanity. And it really blows my mind because they have a million people on duty so it isn’t like they’re understaffed. I’ve been to places with less than half the people they have on duty and got my food way faster! And 85% of the people that are on duty here just be standing around. No matter whether it’s busy or slow, your wait is going to be long. Whoever is in charge needs to do a better job at being in charge.
Simply the Panera Bread service. Super clean and fast to prepare the food. The staff seems experienced.
