Food quality has noticeably gone downhill, but even worse than that are the wait times to get food. You would think soup and a sandwich would be quick....nope. Make sure you set aside 25-30 minutes to get your order
Ordered a pecan Danish and it was very difficult to eat due to it being so hard/overcooked. I brought this to the attention of the worker and she gave me the same pastry but placed it in another bag that didn't have the clear top. Food is good and quality is consistent. Love the new chicken sandwich. It appears all the meat portions have gotten smaller, particularly the chicken/steak added to salads. Interior is laid out well and spacious.
