Chipotle Mexican Grill

Really awesome experience... I was feeding a film crew of 8 and it was so easy ordering everyones unique order. Ingredients looked and tasted super fresh and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Thank you for being the BEST Chipotle I've ever been to!

I ordered my lunch on the website, selected my pick up time. I arrived and there was a horribly long line. After waiting 15+ minutes, I arrive at the window and am informed the online ordering system is down. So my card was charged, I waited over 15 mins to result in no lunch. So not only did it cost me since my card was charged, I was now late for work because no consideration is given to the long line of customers waiting to be told the system was down. I was a regular customer. Sadly it takes one experience to change that. All it would have taken was someone to come out and inform the line of customers.

Chips are always STALE, food looks overcooked and dry, orders are ALWAYS wrong and late. This is constant and I am always hoping that one day our order will be correct. Management at this place since opening is horrible, get it right. All of this is a direct reflection on you, so get your stuff together please.
