I’ll give them 3 stars because I have had good food from Panera but the last two times I’ve gove have been disappointing. The iced coffee ☕️ was so bad I had to throw it away and the Teriyaki Chicken Broccoli bowl I had last week not good at all, and on top of that our bill for 3 people was over $41 ????????. Time to make some adjustments Panera!
The food we got was pretty good for being heated up in bags of hot water out of a freezer, but the underpaid (UP to $13/hr) teens working forgot a half of my meal, should have checked before getting home but oh well. Nobody greeted me, I could have taken anyone's order. Invest in your people and mistakes like this will happen less.
I asked if they had a baked turkey sandwich and they told me no when I always get a baked turkey bravo. They also thew bread in the bag that was cold and soggy and didn’t even cut a slice but ripped it off. For the amount of money you spend I would rethink this Panera.
