Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Our server Olivia was excellent ???????? We started with the lobster queso which was really good. I ordered the Cajun ribeye my husband had the bacon wrapped filet with shrimp. My steak was absolutely delicious my husbands was too ???? lol…I really liked the wood grilled shrimp great color and flavor. But the southwest au gratin potatoes were best thing on the menu. I could literally eat those potatoes once a week ????. I ordered the 7 layer lemon cake with blueberry compote. It was AMAAZZINNNGGG!!!! Great dining experience overall, The service the food and ambiance.

So I was driving back to Michigan from Kentucky and decided to stop here just on a random Google search for food near me. Do not, do not go anywhere else if you're in this area! They started me off with some fresh bread and butter and we were off to a good start! My server Michelle was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about the food here. Make sure to tip her well! For my appetizers I chose the lobster spinach queso and the Philly cheese steak egg rolls, both were phenomenal! They use prime rib meat and a Thai chili and hot mustard sauce that goes wonderfully together in the eggrolls! You will not be disappointed, the lobster spinach queso was aesthetically pleasing to say the least with the tri-color tortilla chips. The dip itself was creamy and fresh with beautiful lobster chunks that flavor the whole thing. For my entree I ordered the wood grilled salmon, this is probably the best time and I've ever had in my life. You will never be disappointed if you order this. I'm definit

I went on a Sunday around 12pm and was seated as soon as I arrived. I went for restaurant week and ordered the ny strip( medium well) and loaded baked potato. I also got the mixed green salad which had spiced pecans, apple slices; jicama with lime vinaigrette. I ordered a water and got the brownie sundae. I got the ny strip which was not medium well but had a perfect char. I didn’t alert the waitress since by the time that I noticed besides being harder to cut. I figured it would take more time since she only came to the table 3 times the whole meal. The salad was very nice with perfect amount of vinaigrette. I liked the sundae but it came on a plate with two brownies half and ice cream in the middle. I ordered it from looking at the menu and saw salted Carmel and chocolate sauce. I was upset that it has no salted Carmel, only dark chocolate and brownie was also dark chocolate. With my experience, overall I would say 5/5 but I can not judge on what it was lacking since not having Carme
