We were visiting from out of town and this was our last day here in Mason. There was a small issue with a particular item not being available for about 20 minutes. The manager by the name of Cohen, went above and beyond to make it right and I really appreciate that! Great service!!!
This place is horrible - closes insanely early. Out of 50% of the menu. Ordering food is terrible and all online and super confusing. Staff seem bothered if you ask them anything. Also was asked to take my food order to go because they close in 30 minutes. Horrible experience and likely will avoid Panera bread all together as a brand moving forward.
I tried multiple times to get a salad here and was served totally inedible, frozen greens, mushy tomatoes. Very disappointed. Get salads across the street for lunch now
