Picking up 2 deliveries and had opportunity to see 2 employees engaging with customers. Both were pleasant & personable!
This Panaras has really gone downhill. Recently, items were missing from mine and my daughter's pick up order and my wife's sandwich was poorly made. When I called and talked with the manager he was condescending and argumentative. He reluctantly agreed to send me a voucher and I gave him my name and address. The voucher never came. Given his noncaring attitude, I am not surprised. I have not returned since.
My Wife and I stopped in today. I wanted to try their new Spicey Take chicken sandwich. The bun was a little over done but overall was pretty good. The Mac and Cheese was amazing.
