Panera Bread

Absolutely amazing! My BBQ chicken salad and charged lemonade were wonderful. Most of all, the service was phenomenal. Ken took my order and he was very polite, with a big smile. He took the time to go back and make fresh and warm bread for me. Highly recommend!

Went through the drive thru last week and got a salad. Majority of the lettuce was brown and wilted. Went back through again tonight and waited 20 mins in the drive thru with no one in front of me. Ordered another salad and this time they gave me the wrong one. Shouldn't be this difficult to get what you order and pay for. ????

5 stars for the friendly, competent young woman at the counter that took our order, but 3 stars for the food. The prices are outrageous for what you get and everything is served in plastic. My fuji apple chicken salad was small, my husband's soup was in a small cup, and his turkey sandwich had one tiny piece of meat on it. It was basically all bread. So for a salad, a 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup, a small and large iced tea, our bill was $30! You could pay the same amount at Eggshells across the street and have much better food and have someone wait on you. Lesson learned!
