Panera Bread

Took three tries to get what I ordered. Placed an online order of a take two and a whole salad. Got home to find the salad missing. Go back, my husband goes in to explain and get my salad. They give him a half salad. I say I ordered a whole one. He goes back again, comes back with more salad…except that it’s the wrong salad. Go back yet again. “Sorry, I read it wrong”. Finally get what I’d ordered. No offer of anything to make it right. This isn’t even my first negative pick up experience, but it may well be my last.

This cafe has really improved in menu and choices. I treated a younger couple. They commented about how good the food was. We three had soup and sides. This was the first time I’ve had a 5 star experience at a Panera. Before placing my order at the drive through, the employee told me there would be a 20 minute wait, and gave me the option of I’d still like to order. No “fast food” place has EVER told me this,l. She was so polite and friendly! I order what I always do, but some how they always give me the wrong dressing, or forget an item, or forget the extra dressings. Not this time! I looked in the bag and there was my extra dressing! Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful, and the staff was friendly and trusting!
