Was seated by a server, and that was the last we saw of her. Came in on a Sunday day at 6:30, there were about 10 people inside. We sat and waited, and waited, until we decided to leave. Several servers walked by our table and we were invisible to them. Not even a chance to order our drinks. Guess coming in with your wife isn't as important as the table of "cool" guys our server was chatting it up with. Ended up leaving....
Got food to go. Decent food. Customer service and wait time is always horrible so we order door dash now.
You expect a certain ambiance. I got an overbearing old lady. The food was bad. Im assuming some sort of manager was micromanaging the only server there that night. The food was mediocre at best. This lady was standing behind us while we ate. She was making the server and the guests feel awkward. She stayed in the floor the whole time we dined. We will not ever return to this location. This is the hooters girl that we got. She should def stay in yhe office. She made everyone super uncomfortable and not what you expect at hooters. She was really really wierd.
