Panera Bread

There's a small female that put my order together but missed my baguettes for my soup. She proceeded to tell me I must pay for each one separately when I ordered 6 soups. I told her this has never happened at any Panera I've ever been to. She told me I would have to pay with cashier. When I go over already upset, the small female was mocking me laughing. Then the cashier told me they were out. If they would of just said that fine, but also it's an hour before closing time. Needless to say I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Maybe it's just the night staff. I've been here many times and had good experiences. Tonight was different I came in walked up to the register and nobody greeted me or helped. Workers were looking at me but no one said anything. After a few minutes I just ordered off the kiosk. If I wasn't picking up food for my sick partner I would have just left.

I usually order my soups, Mac and cheese, and bagels at Panera Bread while I work on my laptop and study. Their sandwiches are bland and not flavorful unfortunately but everything else is satisfying. I also recommend their green goddess salads. Food : 3/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More
