Do not eat at any Jersey Mike’s in the area. most employees even the manager are high/drunk on shift and do not follow health or safety codes. lackluster management. visit Cousin’s Subs 4 blocks west for a much more delightful experience.
Trust me, if I could give this a zero, I would. Lets just say someone I know, ordered form this absurd sub place. It was supposed to come at 11:00, but instead, came at around 12:50. The manager smelled like cigarettes and didn’t give the person their order, due to her not having it? “Okay, where’s my money back?” The person said. “Oh, you wanted your money back?” The manager said. Soon, they delivered it but no. Just no. Don’t come here if you want bad customer service and delayed delivery.
food was messy and the employee named catherine was very very rude. what happened to the tall boy with short hair? ever since i stopped seeing him the place went downhill it seems.
