Panera Bread

Really nice place with lots of areas to eat, be comfortable or just relax. Very nice staff interactions and getting everything together went quick and easy. Clean for the most part. My meal was good very tasty. Overall had a good time, good meal and good staff

I’m very dissatisfied. I went to the drive thru around 1230pm and waited almost 20 mins for 2 you pick 2s, 2 soups and 2 sandwiches. I’m very understanding about lunch rush but to be in a drive thru that long for essentially two half sandwiches is not okay. And I get home and there was no napkins or utensils and half my sandwich was off the bread.

Older woman behind the counter was super rude to a very nice customer. I ordered on the kiosk and there was a sign that mentioned if you order a pastry, go to the bakery afterwards. This same woman gave me dirty looks and asked me to repeat myself 3 times. She wasn’t kind about asking either. Staff in the kitchen left my food waiting for a bit because they couldn’t pronounce my last name and “it was too hard.” I have a pretty basic last name, so that’s concerning. Flatbread was lukewarm and not cooked all the way through. Really unimpressed with this location. Find somewhere else.
