Wait was 30 minutes, got my margherita pizza and.... I'm not sure what to say lol. Quarters of tomato, no basil, and cheese... The rest of the food was great, though.
Customer service skills lacking. Openly hostile employees getting angry at you when they type your order in incorrectly. We have been told several times that items on their menu are not on their menu because the cashier refuses to ask for help. Was told yesterday that they didn't carry Barbecue sauce...despite having ordered the same thing for 5 years with Barbecue sauce. We have been coming to this location for years, but I think i'll start making the longer drive to another location from now on.
Tried to call in a order. Was told I had to do it online. The item I wanted was not listed online. Went to the store to try and place an order for a pastry for two days away, wanting it fresh and all for a celebration. Was told No. First come first serve. Was very disappointed. Service : 1/5 … More
