The food was good as usual, but.... we went inside to order because the drive thru line looked too long. Little did we know the drive thru was getting priority and we waited 30 minutes to get our food. Will not visit again.
Once again an icon got too big. I used to go to the mall and enjoy your food .. now I just feel sorry for your customer . Probably the worst service I've ever had from any fast food place. I just don't understand how you can go downhill and this day and age
I ordered inside. 2 of my 3 requests didn't happen. I got lettuce and tomato on my Chicken sandwich and did not get light ice on my lemonade. They did get the no whipped topping on my chocolate shake. Not exactly sure where the break down occurred, but feel like with Chick-fil-A pricing and reputation, I would have liked to have better results when ordering, especially when it is to go!!! Still consider Chick-fil-A top tier when it comes to customer service and food quality. Just wanted to share so this business can look for improvement on the their in store ordering process for to go orders. Thanks!!
