First time to have delivery from Panera. It's also my last. I ordered my meal around 4pm and request a delivery time of 5:30 - 5:45. I got home at 5:25 and my meal was here. And it was COLD. I checked my Panera App. It was delivered at 5:07! 23 minutes before I even got home. And I was not given any notification that the meal had been delivered. If I hadn't come in the back door, I would not have even known that it was there.
Food is fine, location is great. This cafe is so dirty though. Table tops are ok but the windows, floor, seats all have crumbs, sticky stains, hairs etc.. Easy fix, hoping management sees this review..
Didn't have my online order ready on time. Nobody notified me there was a problem with it. What's the point of asking my phone number at checkout then? I've had other panera locations call when there was a problem. Manager was not apologetic and said it was my fault for not complaining earlier. Wow.
