Chili's Grill & Bar

I placed a Togo order and specified for my food to be FRESH especially when ordering the chicken fritters and fries. I came home and my tenders look as though it's been sitting out for a long time, fries were very old and not hot. I called the store and spoke with the manager Shaunie and explained to her how I specifically asked for fresh food and told her my issue. She didn’t even apologize for the poor food and issued me a refund. Customer Service and the food sucks and I will not be returning to this location!

The crew there was only 2 people to help in ( manager and a trainee ) dining area but they both did wonderful job and kept us in loop on how order was going etc. They did superb, they rolled with it and didn't appear frustrated about lack of help! Service was fine it was more so the food and environment. The table was sticky and there was fries all over the floor under and by us. I ordered a 6 oz steak that came with mashed potatoes and broccoli, but the Steak seemed to be reheated and tasted very off. The broccoli also seemed to have just been sitting out for a while as it was somewhat rubbery. Mashed potatoes were fine but tasteless.
