Panera Bread

One of the tastiest chain restaurants in the US, in my opinion, of course. The food is always fresh, delicious & of great quality. Flavors are very rich yet not overwhelming. Thank you, Panera, for an excellent execution!

I’ve been to this location twice and both times have been disappointing. First time was in July, I placed a curbside order as I had 2 toddlers with me and it’s easier and I thought quicker than the drive thru since I was trying to get home for nap time. Waited 20+ min, 10-15 min was after I got several notifications that someone would be out with my order in a few minutes. No one ever came, I finally went inside and grabbed my order that was just sitting on the counter. Second time was today. I only had 1 toddler with me today that was napping, I decided to try the drive thru today so I wouldn’t have the same problem. I order a salad and 2 cookies, associate was friendly at the window, and I knew I should have checked the bag before pulling off but everyone had been waiting 15min + and I needed to get home which was 45min away. Place was really busy so I won’t judge to harshly but the wait was longer than we would have liked. Tables could have been cleaner and food was obviously made in a rush. Dressing was light on my sandwich but overall I won’t say it was horrible, just a typical rush. Perhaps a better time would reap a better experience.
