Long John Silver's | KFC

This location is located in ashland Virginia. Alot of stores have become victim to the reputation it carries. Under cooked food, rude employees, unprepared meals with either cold or raw meat. Don't ask for crumbles it's like you asked for a lung or maybe it's just because I was of another color, other the black. This seems to be the standard now for most fast food stops. Racially motivated employees that are taught to be rude and lack care if the patron likes it or not. Pretty much the feeling I got while visiting this location. So much so that I almost went off on everyone of the employees there which is probably what they need. Atmosphere is what you create. Remember that

I arrived at the drive-thru speaker and the person told me it would be a few minutes. I was listening to a podcast so I know that it took about 9 minutes before my order was taken. When I arrived at the window the worker asked me what my order was again and seemed to indicate the order in her hand was not my order. She handed me my straw and drink. A few minutes later my Long John silver's combo was ready. I asked for cocktail sauce and was disappointed to find out that for whatever reason this store does not carry cocktail sauce because it does not come on their truck. I'm very surprised even though it is a Long John silver's KFC combo, surprised that the brand doesn't require them to carry cocktail sauce which seems critical to serving seafood? Everyone was very polite and friendly, And once every few years I really want Long John silver's, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Very very disappointing. I realize that when restaurants close they begin to shut certain things down such as shake machines or run low on some foods but literally everything we asked for here down to the chicken and the fish we was told they didn't have. And we was in drive thru line with at least 45 .min left prior to them closing and they couldn't serve us anything we asked for. Didn't even carry target sauce. We ended up with a side of green beans and a lemonade when all was said and done and went over to taco bell next door which was much better prepared to serve their customer. Why bother even being open if u have nothing to sell either because u are just that lazy and want to go home at the turn of the hour or what But makes me wonder why bother even getting a job when u do nothing except wait to go back home. Just stay hpme and maybe they can fill a position with someone who is willing to go above and beyond to serve what's on their menu because that's the whole purpose of t
