ONE EYED Jack is where you take a thick piece of bread and make a small hole in the center . take a frying pan and put butter into pan and melt put your holy Bread ito the butter pan shush around bread in fried butter now crack an egg into the holy bread and fry, pick holy bread egg up with flipper and throw more butter in pan melt and flip you holy egg bread over, swish bread in the melted butter let Fry and add some jack cheese to your egg . let cheese melt now. place on your plate eat. Yum especially if you add two slices of fried bacon. Oh so good and don't forget the coffee. :) . this place had A+ bagels and freshly baked bread. Just delightful. ????????????
SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why??????????? Food is ok, IF you have FOREVER to wait. Seems like a chronic problem with this chain restaurant! Been all over the Lehigh valley and nearly EVERY panera bread makes you wait an exorbitant, and excessive amount of time for the simplest food order. Waited for 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and take a look at my picture...basically nothing on it, and barely warm. Girl who ordered after me got so frustrated she left without her order. When my order eventually showed up, we asked why and got the "covid answer" "we're short staffed" ok, but I watched 5-6 kids mulling around behind the counter, one kid seemed more interested in looking cool in his baseball cap. Ugh! Think, I'll be giving Panera Bread a rest for awhile, like maybe after I retire and have hours to spare.
Food is tasty however I have had bad service through drive through and delivery now on 3 occasions. Missing main items from orders, failure to make modifications to sandwich items, slow drive through times. Will no longer be going to this location.
