I’ve always loved chick fil a, came here for years but after my experience at this location I will never go back. I did a mobile order when I came around they told me my card was declined (it wasn’t) the transaction went through which they should’ve seen this, yet I was charged twice….customer service got back to me about a week or two later after I had already disputed through my bank. Another friendly reminder they need new trash disposal service as well, your customers are always first not the trash services.
I love the friendly staff ! The ONLY reason for a 4star is due to not announcing the names on the take out orders. Especially when there are so many people waiting for orders. It is so frustrating when this happens and then you have 3-5 people walking up to look at every order as it’s done and sat down on the take out shelf. I am not only a customer but I also deliver orders so I have seen this every time I have been in. I hope this part of the service will improve. Otherwise this is a great place!
