Panda Express

I would like to thank the owners of this Panda Express for being so diligent on their hiring capabilities, thanks to you I happily walked out of your store and went across the street to eat and found a wonderful place which I will return to anytime I have the urge to eat at Panda Express, the new place I found took our order quick and let me pay for my meal with the same quickness and I have to say their food was much better with a fantastic atmosphere… so again thanks for hiring so many worthless employees… Have a great day… or not..

Seriously disappointed...went here about 830 in the evening. Online says they close at 930. We order and they were out of orange chicken and the server rolled her eyes when I asked them to make some. They box up our food and leave it sitting there while we wait for 20 min for them to make the chicken. Once it's finished the lady took 10 more min to wipe down the food bar before putting the chicken out and making the rest of our food. We ask for it and the had to show our receipt where we purchased it...even though we've been sitting there waiting on her to finish it. Finally we sit down to eat and it's all cold. They shut off the machines so no refills on drinks. Also asked for a Togo order of orange chicken and was told the register is closed..at 915. So we ask the drive thru to ring it up which he did. The lady still stood there rolling her eyes like she's mad. Seriously they need some staff who actually care about their customers.

Aby is a miserable person. She’s rude, doesn’t smile and hates her job. The guy that took my money threw my meal in the bag, sloshing it all to one side. Being quick is important but being accurate and quick is more important. If you think your good at your job because you can do your job quickly but have terrible customer service, it ruins it for me every time. Food rocks every time…
