Panda Express

Employee spoke unintelligible English; rice was overcooked mush; sauce was tasteless. Broccoli and beef components were cooked perfectly, hence the two stars. This used to be one of the better Panda Express's in Columbus. Don't waste your money.

7/8/2023 We jumped out of the car in the pouring rain and made a run for the lobby only to discover the lobby was closed. No signage on the doors. We jump back in the car and sit in a very long Drive-through line. We waited 15-20 min. Not a big deal because when it’s busy that usually means Fresh/Hot food! Yum! We get to the speaker and I have a hard time hearing the person. I try to give my order, but have two different people talking at once, one woman and one man. I could hear them talking back and forth with each other…I think...or maybe they were talking to me. The speaker was so quiet. In the middle of placing my order and still at the speaker box, I asked to change one of the side items. The woman said, no you can’t change it. I’m thinking to myself What?! Hahaha! Did she really just say that? I looked at my son and asked him if he heard it too. I’m a little confused as to why I can’t make a change to an order when I’m still in the process of making it?
