Chipotle Mexican Grill

I swore I wouldn't go here again but it's the closest one to my house and I wanted some. The customer service ALWAYS sucks. The lady went outside came back in DID NOT was her hands and put gloves on and started working. My food was made so sloppy and the man said well u did get double sour cream ummmm excuse me sir you are the burrito expert smh. I waited to place my order while 3-4 ppl all looked at something on the unwashed hand ladies phone. This used to be a good place to grab my fav food. Customer service goes along way and this place doesn't get that. It wasn't even busy to top it off. Sad

So I love chipotle and I love how I can order ahead and specify a time. After working a long 12 hour shift, it's nice knowing that I can order far ahead and have my food ready. So when I get to this chipotle (first time at this location) and not only am I 15minutes later than my scheduled time for food pickup and it's not out yet, but I wait another 10 minutes before they try to figure out where my food is in line, only to realize it never got started. They reprint the receipt and wait until the entire line has gone through before making it. I'm usually fine with waiting, but considering I finally get my food over 35 min after it should have been ready, I'm super frustrated that they didn't think it might be a good idea to slip in my bowl in between customers LIKE I'VE SEEN EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE DO.
