*Closes lobby* Still accepts 3rd party delivery orders, expects us to wait 20min behind 5+ cars through the drive thru. I personally live nearby and have had several bad experiences here as a customer. Now, they expand further than distressing customers but also contractors on the move. Sad, from not having egg rolls, to messing up my orders to finally messing with other peoples livelyhood’s.
A pleasant experience all around. The food was fresh and tasty. The young man serving us was helpful and friendly. Due to a storm moving through our area, we sat for a couple of hours and never felt hurried.
23 min to get drive thru. I can understand the want to close the lobby but the slow response and then messing up my order is not ideal. They fixed the mess up after I showed the receipt that had what I ordered and was not intially given to me. I'm not trying to be mean but drive thru that takes this long and makes a mistake on the order is not ideal.
